Develop the Player. Develop the Person.

I believe athlete development is about more than training. The strongest athletes don't just develop skills, they develop self-awareness, resilience, habits, and a deeper understanding of who they are becoming.
My role is to support that process.
I provide guidance, mentorship, accountability, and perspective as athletes navigate performance, recruiting, confidence, adversity, and growth. Sometimes that means creating a plan. Sometimes it means asking better questions. Sometimes it means simply having someone in your corner who knows the path and cares about the person walking it.
My goal is not only to help athletes become better players, but to help them become more capable, confident, and intentional people.
After more than two decades coaching athletes, from youth soccer to the ECNL level, I became convinced that talent alone rarely determines who succeeds. The athletes who thrive are the ones who learn to understand themselves.
Because the player and the person are never separate.
